As WGHS is a same-school team competition, efficient division of labor is the key to success. Teams need to establish clear, fixed role assignments in advance, dividing core responsibilities such as industry analysis, portfolio risk control, report writing, and presentation defense. Insist on weekly strategy reviews, use online collaboration tools to synchronize materials and track progress, and unify investment approaches to avoid internal friction and enhance overall combat efficiency.
